Q: How does the Rewards Program work?
A: We enter the information you give us into our system, and every time you make a purchase, just give your name or phone number. We keep track of of your purchases for you, and for every $100 you spend, you'll earn a voucher for $10 off your next purchase of $10 or more.
Q: Do I have to spend the entire $100 at one time, or is there a time limit I have to spend the $100 in?
A: Not at all! You can make several small purchases, or several large purchases. There's no time limit on how long it takes you to earn your voucher.
Q: Do I need to keep physical of this voucher when I earn it?
A: Nope! We keep track of everything in our computer system We know how easy it is to lose coupons and receipts, and just how much space those eventually take up.
Q: Does the $10 off voucher expire?
A: Yes, it will, after 90 days. Make sure that you make a purchase of $10 or more (not including tax) within those 3 months, or the voucher will expire. Who wants to waste free money?? Your receipt will have an expiration date printed on the bottom of it on the day that you earn your voucher.
Q: Why do you need my email address?
A: We send out emails for different reasons, whether it be coupons, exclusive sneak peaks of upcoming sales or events, or announcements for our Annual Rummage Sale we host for the Trips Ahoy Foundation. We will never spam your inbox, or bog it down with thousands of emails.
Q: Why do you need my phone number?
A: Don't worry, it's very rare we will call you unannounced. Unless you specifically request to be called if certain items come in, which a few of our customers do, the only time we'll call you is if you forget your keys, wallet, etc.
Q: Do my rewards transfer between the Warren store and the Ravenna store?
A: Unfortunately no, both stores have their own rewards members, and keep track of them separately. You can have a rewards membership at both stores if you choose.
